Project calendar

Project activities will begin with an kickoff meeting. The distribution of works will be determined and agreements with partners will be completed. These agreements will clarify roles and responsibilities during project activities and follow-up phases. A project plan will be created to detail a program of activities to be implemented. Financial and organizational issues will be discussed. Communication channels will be established. Strategies to reach SuTP and LHC businesses effectively will be discussed. All preparations made at the meeting will be shared with stakeholders via e-mail.

The objective of the activity is to establish workshop services for SuTP and LHC entrepreneurs who need to develop business ideas. The workshops will collectively question and discuss about initial thoughts, their transformation into ideas, and the validity of the assumptions behind the ideas. Participants will be able to generate, develop and communicate abstract, concrete or visual ideas during the workshops.

There will be a grant proposal development training based on project cycle management (PCM). The training will increase the capacity of SuTP and LHC entrepreneurs to access local and EU-based finance to finance their businesses. The training will be tailored to the skill levels of the participants and will include critical success factors, good and bad examples and the development of mini-projects in groups.

This training is about the fundamentals of e-commerce, where participants will learn to choose the right product for their goals, evaluate the relevant market, understand the competition, find the right platform and grow the business.

This tutorial is about digital marketing. The concept of digital marketing covers the basics of starting an online business, customer access to marketed products and services, online advertising, expanding the business to other countries, mobile marketing, email marketing and social media advertising.

This training is on export. The course will cover basic information about conceptual explanations, main legislation, export processes, documents and transactions.

The first one will be held for the representatives of STuP and LHC entrepreneurs and businesses in Ankara. The second meeting will be held in Ankara with representatives of NGOs serving SuTPs and vulnerable LHCs. The third meeting will target representatives of universities, organized industrial zones and chambers in the region. 25 people will attend each meeting, a total of 75 people. In addition, 3 Webinars will be held, including these people. Each Webinar will be attended by 30 people and 90 people in total. A press release will be made.

A press conference will be held before the Closing Conference begins. The purpose of the closing conference is to bring together experts, company representatives, entrepreneurs from the SuTP and LHC communities, people from local NGOs and chambers. They will talk about the achievements of the action in front of the target groups and final beneficiaries. The panel will consist of two sessions. After the short presentation of the final report, the participants will talk about the importance of 3D-CEN in product design, development and entrepreneurship for the machinery, equipment and metal sector in Ankara. In the second session, GU, ASO and their partners will discuss the threats and opportunities faced during the project. They will also consider future plans that can be translated into new projects. 100 people will attend.
